Conan O'Brien will bring his "Legally Prohibited from Being Funny" Tour to Las Vegas at the Pearl at the Palms. That is unless President Obama instructs him not to or the guy gets a gig before that. The "Legally Prohibited from Being Funny" Tour is a 30 city tour that includes his former Tonight Show sidekick Andy Richter as well as the former Tonight show band.
