Hotel Review:
Riviera: Worst hotel ever The reason why this hotel was the worst hotel ever was because the room was very dirty. Our bed that we slept in gave me and my boyfriend rashes all over our bodies our privates started itching, it felt like a bed bug bit our privates. If you go to the buffet, the chefs don't even wear hairnets and when I was about to eat, I noticed a big hair in my food and I got totally grossed out. I was unhappy with the buffet as well, because a waitress had to fetch our drinks, and the staff had their own part of the room sectioned with the drink machine on their side. The meal ticket we got was marked VIP, but the workers got it better. I don't know why VIP was marked on our meal card, which we got when we told management about the room. Most of our visit we went out to see and visit the other hotels. And the reason we didn't gamble at the Riviera was because the tables and slots are cold, and because I didn't want to support them much because our room gave us such bad rashes plus another thing I was unhappy about was our maid was rude with us. Whenever you ask for a shampoo or conditioner bottle (the really small hotel sample size kind), the maid asked for a room number. And if you don't give it to her she watches where you walk away to. And the maids don't clean up very good, every time I washed my hands and dry with the towel, the towels were very dirty and gave us rashes as well as the dirty bed did. So don't ever stay at this hotel, it doesn't hurt to spend another $10 to stay closer to the MGM corner (Excalibur has good rates). The nicer area has better food anyways. So don't ever stay at the Riviera, don't gamble there, and don't eat there either. And if you do stay, I suggest if you recognize a rash, the first day complain right away. And if you people don't listen to us, it's not our fault, at least we warned you about it.
