Pro: The hotel and casino are beautifulCon: small rooms and even smaller bathroom
When I arrived at check in...found out that my reservation was canceled...what a way to start off a vacation...I had made my 3 night stay at Mirage to a 1 night then going over to Treasure Island because of a comp room offer. Mirage would not match it so I took myself elsewhere for the remaining time in Vegas. When I redid the reservation, the person on the phone verified that my reservation confirmation number was the same as before but someone canceled it out...so when I arrived there was no room and it was "sorry but you have to move on"...no help what so ever..."maybe you could try one of our sister properties"...like I was supposed to go all over...they did not even try to find a room for me...and other places were booked...TI was having a convention so I knew I couldn't stay there for the night...I made quite a fuss...until "security" came over and I demanded to speak to the manager...I had all my print outs for the confirmation with me and therefore as far as I was concerned...they had better find me a room for the night and one was found...but no offer for my inconvenience...like they could have cared less...my room was small and faced part of a parking garage or some such thing...not the strip or pool etc...it put a damper on my experience since it was my 1st stay there at the hotel...have stayed at many other properties...the bathroom was so small it was hard to be int here and shut the bathroom door.
I probably would not stay there again...there are other hotels to try
