Attire at Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace: Casual/Fashionable

What it’s like at Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace?

The dining room is alive with vibrant colors and sights. The atmosphere is excitement wrapped up in a trendy, upscale vibe that is very West Hollywood or New York City. You are bound to have a good time if you relax and enjoy the surroundings and allow yourself to take in an experience in dining.

The dining room is open and can get loud so if you are looking for a romantic meal this might not be it. However, if you are looking for a good way to start the evening while keeping the energy up, Meas Grill is perfect.

How’s the food at Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace?

Some people swear by Bobby Flay but I am not too impressed by chefs who have become household names. However, when they can create dishes that make you want to move your household to their dining rooms, there is ample reason to praise them. One of my lunch time favorites are the Yucatan Chicken Tacos. Spiced up with a spicy papaya sauce they are unlike anything you have ever had at a Cancun Taco stand. My son is a big fan of the Quesadilla with shrimp from the appetizer menu. (Personally, an overpriced tortilla with cheese and shrimp). Consider the Pork Tenderloin sandwich or the Chile Relleno as they have been very tasty on each visit.

At dinner, make sure to order one of those tamales. It is a crime that we should be forced to live without those on a daily basis. Fire roasted chicken, Fillet mignon are a big hit in my family. My favorite, the Soft Shelled Crab will take you to a culinary paradise that you have only heard of before.
