The cuisine is Thai but I would tend to lean more toward labeling it Las Vegas strip Thai. It’s not that I did not like it I just felt the vibrant flavors that usually come from the spice that is Thai cooking were lacking in some of the dishes.

Wazuzu for me is a celebration of sour, salty, spicy and sweet. Chef Jet Tila makes it happen for me and you'll find yourself wanting to call this Asian fusion but nobody is fusing anything. Simply put, Wazuzu is an appreciation of a few cultures and the food that makes them special prepared by someone who understands the ingredients and the craft.

Ventuno at the Flamingo is a simple Italian restaurant. In an affordable hotel this is an affordable restaurant. Walk up to the take out counter and you can eat out on the patio or in the corridor.

If you love Las Vegas and especially the vibe at the Hard Rock then you will fit right in. The food is very good! The sushi is fresh as is all the seafood.
