This is a Thomas Keller restaurant and the food and service are 5 star all the way. We had breakfast here 4 times and dinner once and will return again and again at future Las Vegas visits. Yes, it's pricey, but well worth the money. The portions are not overwhelming and the food is cooked to perfection.
Breakfast choices include their own made sausage, daily omelet offerings, and the best French toast we've ever tasted. The style is French country cuisine but don't let the term French" turn you off. It's food you will love and enjoy.
Bouchon also has a bakery on the floor of the Venetian casino. If you just want a cup of excellent espresso and a pastry, this is the place to go.
