Location: AJ's Steakhouse at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino

The food and service were outstanding. I had a wedge salad, it was a large portion, and was very fresh. I had the Ribeye. It was cooked to perfection. I also had the mashed potatoes. The sides are Al a cart, and the portions are large. The wine list was excellent.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a feel of "Old School" Las Vegas. The quality of the food, service, and atmosphere are a bargain.
