Restaurant Review - Mulino at the Forum Shops at Caesars by Reader

By Zeke Quezada, About.com Guide

Location:Il Mulino at the Forum Shops at Caesars

Pro: Elegant, lots of attention

Con:salty food

The beginning fresh Parmesan slices and breads were terrific. There were many attendants with separate jobs, at first I didn't know who our waiter/captain was. The spinach salad was too salty. The spagettini with clams was good and the stuffed cannelloni superb. Atmosphere was very tranquil and conducive to good conversation. We never felt rushed and even had to let the captain know we were ready to leave.

Overall-we'll be back.
