What to expect at The Palms Hotel Las Vegas:
Understand that you are getting a cross between locals in Las Vegas and the Vegas that the visitor is accustomed to. That in essence is the charm of the Palms, there are real people here and not everybody is a transient visitor. It makes the nightlife factor a bit more consistent as well. The weekend crowd is considerable younger and the energy is far higher than most Las Vegas casinos.
What you might like at The Palms Hotel Las Vegas:
The party scene on the weekends or during pool season. If you are looking for fun and you still enjoy that just after spring break but before real adulthood crowd this is where that population can be found.
What you might not like at The Palms Hotel Las Vegas:
If you are looking for upscale you don’t get it here like you might at the luxury hotels. You get luxury for the crowd that enjoys a good party. However, if you are looking for the energy of the palms but more luxury, you should stay at the Palms Place Hotel and Spa and then you get the best of both worlds.
My suggestion for The Palms Hotel Las Vegas:
You have to include the pool, a show at the Pearl at the Palms and a meal at Nove Italiano. Of course you’ll dance until late at Ghostbar or lounge at the Playboy Club but be warned that after a couple of hours with the food at Nove your date might have other ideas.
Rooms at The Palms Hotel Las Vegas:
700+ at Palms and 500+ at Palms Place. Hollywood meets celebrity is the best way to describe you experience in the rooms at the Palms Hotel Las Vegas. The standard rooms are pretty standard with the basic setup however; you get some pretty outstanding views of the Las Vegas valley or the strip. The rooms are slightly above average in size and furnished with updated pieces. You might see some wear and tear and I attribute that to the younger, party crowd that frequents the Palms Hotel.

The bonus is the suites! If you have the case and you really want the incredible experience you’ll need to get yourself one of the fantasy suites. What do you need? A bowling alley, the Barbie suite, the bachelor party dream Crib suite? There is a reason why the music, sports and Hollywood starlets use the Palms as their personal playground.
