The casino bar is where the evenings usually begin and often end. Right in the middle of the Casino is a place where you can meet your friends or meet new friends. The center bar it is often called. There are plenty of good ones in Las Vegas and these are a few of my favorites.

1. Eastside Lounge at Encore Las Vegas
Grab a drink and watch a game or take in the view of the Encore Pool. The Eastside lounge is a comfortable place to start or end your evening in Las Vegas. Plenty of casino bars seem too loud and lack the qualities of a place you would want to spend any considerable time at, the Eastside lounge is comfortable and has a touch of class that lends itself to a second drink.
2. The Bars at Mandalay Bay Hotel
The Mandalay Bay Hotel has a few Casino Bars and they all are perfect in their own way. The Orchid Lounge offers up pastries and coffee but right near by a bar serves up a decent Manhattan. Eyecandy Sound Lounge and Bar can get you going with music and good libations and do not forget thelounge at THE hotel where leather chairs and billiard tables make you want stiff drinks and long conversations.
3. Parasol Down at Wynn Las Vegas
Grab a seat outside either during the day or in the early evening and soak in the atmosphere. You feel elegant, almost as if you have just showered and someone gave you a sea slat scrub and then tickled your toes with the softest towel on earth. Am I describing a bar? Yeah, I know, but a few drinks in the afternoon sun does that to you. Parasol Down is so comfortable you feel like you should have one too many.
4. Centrifuge at the MGM Grand Hotel

Right in the middle of the MGM Grand as you walk in off the street Centrifuge tempts you with its soothing lighting and perfectly displayed bottles. You will get the night going at Centrifuge.
5. The Heart Bar at Planet Hollywood Hotel Las Vegas

With huge screens and dancing girls this place gets going and its free. This large circular bar is the type of place that gets going and does not let you get out. Great people watching, great music and a fun atmosphere in the Planet Hollywood Hotel.
6. Aurora at the Luxor Hotel

This is place has an airy feel to it and they are puoring drinks that keep you there for long hours.
7. The I Bar at the Rio

High energy, visually stimulating and a lot of fun. The lounge feeling gives a boost to the typical casino bar and the bartenders entice you with great drinks. The casino moves around you and the crowd gets a little loud in this casual yet upscale feeling lounge.
8. The Fontana Bar and Lounge at the Bellagio Hotel
If you have a little romance in your soul you'll consider this place the one where you can propose over and over again. The patio offers views of the Las Vegas strip and the Bellagio fountains and the comfortable lounge allows you to relax and listen to music as you sip a cocktail.
