In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, the Mayor will bestow “Lucky” the Leprechaun a key to the city. O’Shea’s will also be the luckiest place on the strip on St. Patrick’s Day. All redheads drink free green beer and the party will last all day long. O’Sheas will host a full day of open-air drink specials, entertainment, contests and fun.
