What it’s like at House of Blues Las Vegas:
On the weekends this place turns into a dance club. You can also see live music a few days of the week. Located right in the Casino of the Mandalay Bay. The atmosphere is rock and roll mixed in with Las Vegas hip. You won't get the nightclub scene here but you will get the party atmosphere coupled with the adventurous Las Vegas behavior.
Suggestion:
Try to catch one of the live headlining acts; it is a great place to see a live show. If you are around for a simple drink and people watching, hit the bar and take a shot at meeting people but realize that some guy with a mullet will either hit on you or steal the girl you were looking at.
