Robuchon is the Michelin-stared chef and owner of two world-class Las Vegas restaurants, his eponymous Joel Robuchon, an exquisite and formal dining gem tucked in a secluded corner of the MGM Grand Las Vegas, and L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, a more casual and free-spirited venue virtually next door.

The room is set in modern tones that make you feel like you should have opted for more stylish clothing. However, the lighting is such that I am sure I look both younger and thinner when eating at Fiamma.

The Chef is famous for his restaurants in San Francisco and Aqua at the Bellagio, but I beleive soon people will consider Nob Hill in Las Vegas his masterpiece
