Hi, This was my 3rd visit and myself and many other couples who checked in got relocated - funny but ridiculous excuse we got was "these things happen it's not rocket science" along with "we are trying our best to relocate you" when really this is all hotel policies and they are obligated too and which i pointed out and this was from the check in manager - i never had a issue on other stays but one thing i did notice which was the same for all my stays and for example for the 6 nights we stayed the bedding was not changed nor the bathroom floor cleaned so that should give a clear indication of housekeeping's poor policies.
