Con: Cons Enough
Through the internet we thought we were getting a good deal at the Luxor in Las Vegas. Little did we know that the first night was the only one of 3 nights that we would be able to sleep! They had us booked a few floors above the LAX bar - renown for it's loud music and great atmosphere but we were sleepless in Las Vegas. After a few hours of listening to the thumping and loud music we called the manager who said we could move rooms (1 oclock at night!! but it would have to be to a smoking room. Forget it! Not an option. My tip is just to stay away from the Luxor cause your chances are about the same as ours that they will book u on top of the LAX bar. Of course if you are planning to spend the whole night in the bar then I recommend it to you. Otherwise, don't go. The end billing was also not correct and they don't answer emails.
I am very disappointed with the way matters are settled there and will certainly never go back to this hotel.
