The Topless in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is clearly the place (in the US) where the average person can participate in those things that they would never consider at home. Vegas is predicated on the basic assumption of re-invention of your personality, if only for a weekend. So, why not include topless sunbathing and introduce yourself to nude lounging at a Las Vegas pool?

1. The Adult Pools of Las Vegas

Sometimes the pools where people keep their clothing on are hotter than those where the tops come off. Las Vegas has redefined the lounge scene by moving it out onto the decks of the lavish swimming pools. You'll get VIP service, dancing, drinking and all the hot and sultry action you have come to expect from Las Vegas nightclubs during the middle of the day while wearing your swimsuit.

2. Tao Beach at the Venetian Hotel

Tao Beach at the Venetian is also a place for topless sunbathing on the Las Vegas strip. They now offer Sunset Sundays, which is essentially an early start to the evening at the pool. Imagine a hip nightclub coming to life as a Las Vegas pool that allows topless sun tanning.

3. Bare at the Mirage Hotel

Hitting Bare at the Mirage, in the middle of the day I felt like a tycoon, With the VIP service and the exclusive nature of Bare, topless sunbathing takes on a new meaning at the Mirage. This is very upscale nude sunbathing in Las Vegas, bottle service, day beds, and pampering. Bare at the Mirage is similar to a very nice spa and they do an excellent job of making you feel special. My only problem was that I started with a pitcher of Sangria and then switched to the Mojito’s for two rounds. I might have watched the topless sunbathers a bit too much. But, in my defense they noticed my sleek figure first. I hope.

4. Moorea at the Mandalay Bay Hotel

Surprisingly, my wife decided to accompany me to Moorea at the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Essentially, it was like taking my mother to the prom, I was on my best behavior. Located off the Beach at Mandalay Bay, Moorea is the upscale alternative to nude sunbathing in Las Vegas. Topnotch, topless is the best description of the pool area with views of the Beach down below. The area is private by way of frosted glass panes that give the sense of privacy from peeping eyes down below.

5. Venus at Caesars Palace Las Vegas

After about three hours doing sit-ups I realized I had just enough blood in the vesicles that line my abdomen to walk into Venus at Caesars Palace. You should know that if you could put together the best outdoor nightclub in Las Vegas it would be right at Venus. It's more than a topless, European sunbathing experience. It is Las Vegas nightlife supercharged to fit in in the middle of the day. Yes, there are nude sunbathers but what really is impressive is the great music, the cool yet hip and modern vibe and the attentive service.

6. Beach Club 25 at Stratosphere Hotel Las Vegas

Beach Club 25 at the Stratosphere is an alternative to the expensive nude sunbathing options on the Las Vegas strip. A plus is you get a great view of Las Vegas if you need something to distract you from the topless scenery. Cocktails are a bit cheaper and the atmosphere is less opulent and pretentious and more laid back.

7. Wynn Las Vegas

Wynn Las Vegas offers a European sunbathing experience as well and all I can tell you is that topless sunbathing is allowed. The pool at Wynn is extravagant and the chances that the nude sunbathing area is just as nice are good. Their website states, The pools are artfully positioned among well manicured gardens. So you get privacy. When I get invited in, I will report on how it compares with the best pools to go topless in Las Vegas.
