It’s 11 a.m. and I was having a Makers Mark Manhattan while enjoying the sunshine and the sound of a waterfall. Oh, by the way, I was right on the Las Vegas Strip. Wynn Las Vegas has a wonderful spot to have drinks that I am sure will soon become my favorite place to waste away an afternoon.
Parasol Down at Wynn Las Vegas is the type of place you want to sit around and toss back expensive drinks while telling stories about how you almost had a royal flush on the video poker machine.
With the sun poking it’s way through the morning haze I pondered who the genius was that decided to put this peaceful place in the middle of the restless city and then I figured I really did not care. I ordered another drink and made small talk with all the other fortunate people who made their way down the circular escalors.
