Ice Skating at Caesars Palace
Start skating in the open-air Roman Plaza

Move over New York, Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is the place to skate and see the stars this holiday season! A state of the art ice rink has been brought to the resort’s open-air Roman Plaza approximately the size of the skating surface at Rockefeller Plaza in New York. In a process using solar technology, a refrigerant will run through special high-tech floor matting freezing water on top of a 60’ x 90’ surface. Gala Entertainment, Long Beach is bringing the ice to the most exciting destination on the Vegas Strip for a stunning new ice show – “The Stars Are Out Tonight” - and public skating with lessons offered by U.S. Figure Skating-certified instructors.

Public Skating Sessions Begin Monday, Nov. 22
Public skating will begin at 9 a.m. on Monday, November 22, with two-hour sessions scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. (last session 9:30 - 11:30 p.m.) Public skating ends at 6:30 p.m. for show rehearsals on Nov. 22, 23, 24 and 26. On Saturday and Sunday, public skating hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. plus 10:30 p.m. to midnight. Admission to watch the public skating is free of charge. Tickets for skaters are priced at $10 with free skate rental (adults or children) and will be available at the Ice Rink Ticket booth on the Roman Plaza. *Session schedule (page 4) is subject to change for technical and show rehearsals and ice maintenance; check Information phone number to confirm daily public skating session schedule; ph 702.866.1600.

Skating Lessons Lessons offered by U.S. Figure Skating-certified instructors will be available for $20 ($10 admission plus $10 for 30-minute group lesson) - free skate rental included.
