What: Halloween Party at the Carnaval Court
Cost: $10 per person
Location: Harrah’s Las Vegas.
Starting at noon on Oct. 31 and continuing until 3:00 a.m., Carnaval Court, the outdoor bar famous for its world-renowned flair bartenders, will transform into the Strip’s wildest Halloween destination.
Sponsored by Bacardi, the party features live music, tempting Halloween drink specials, giveaways, psychic and tarot card readings and the beautiful Bacardi girls.
Carnaval Court will host a costume contest with $5,000 in cash prizes. Costumes will be judged in two categories, sexiest costume and most creative costume. Admission is $10 after 7 p.m.
The only outdoor Halloween party on the Las Vegas Strip noon and simmer until 3 a.m.
Contestants will need to be present between 10 p.m. and midnight. Winners will be announced between midnight and 12:30 a.m.

Live bands take the Carnaval Court stage daily, performing a wide range of music including pop, jazz and beach music.
