Con:cheap rooms, terrible restaurants
We booked at Imperial because of the rates we got however, no matter what the rates, we will not stay there again.
There was nothing special about the room, we got what we paid for. While there was a hair dryer and iron there wasn't a coffee maker and it took 3 days before I was given a fresh bag for the ice bucket. I guess since it was on the table as opposed to the bathroom housekeeping didn't feel the need to tend to it. The restaurants in the casino were the pits. Very expensive and the food was definitely not worth it. Nothing on the buffet was hot, some of the chicken was under cooked, we ate one meal there and did not return. Two of the 3 ice makers that were close to our room didn't work and for a time they only had one elevator working.
We will not stay there again.
