Pro: The hotel was clean.
Con: Terrible customer service, food and accommodations.
This was the worst hotel in which I've ever stayed! It's too far from the strip. The customer service was none. The food in the buffet was horrible. It had zero amenities. There was a T.V. but it would have cost between $8-$15 per hour to watch! On the last day the water to the room was completely shut off! I had no shower, sink or toilet and no offer to move else-where or compensation for failure to provide basic services.
The Riviera will never see my business again nor will I ever recommend it.
