Con: v. bad service
We stayed at the Palms because my boyfriend knew someone that was a manager. He said that he couldn't get us the room for free but we got a discounted rate.
We ate at the Little Buddha one night and both had food poisoning. Both my b-friend and I were throwing up and kept going to the bathroom all day. We called the hotel to make a complaint and kept getting the run around. They transfered us to the Little buddha and they said they had to file a complaint through security and that security would go to risk management and they would 'look into it'. We were both sick as a dog and the hotel and little Buddha did absolutely nothing to help.
That evening, my b-friend got an e-mail from Brent -the services manager at the Palms saying that he had canceled our stay at the circus circus because we were harassing the staff. I mean what kind of service is that? You would think that they would pay attention to customers service and try to make their friends stay as pleasant as possible. We obviously didn't want to be sick in Vegas and know that it was the food at the little buddha. No phone call or concern was given to us at all. Even a 2 star hotel in Taiwan can do better than that!
I was very disappointed. I can't believe there is no one that I can talk to to get to the bottom of this or even file a complaint!!
I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone!
