Yes, the room was worth the money , and I will return. This was my first time in Vegas and my first time gambling. Not really knowing what to expect I chose the Imperial Palace for the location and the price{least expensive of Fun Jet locations}. Check in was a breeze, we arrived at 10am and were given a room promptly , even though check in was not until 3pm. They had us down for 2 queens smoking, we asked for a king non smoking, which they gladly gave us. The room was clean and nice, not fancy , but in Vegas you aren't in the room all that long any way. As I said the location was great!!The two shows we had reserved, Love and Blue Man, were within a ten min. walk. Thursday night after Love show we went to the karaoke Bar. It was great fun!!Next we tried our luck at the tables. We told our blackjack dealer that it was our first time. He was VERY VERY helpful! In a hr and a 1/2 of playing I was up $75. I can't say enough about the friendly dealers and staff. I played at a downtown casino the next night, and it was not fun {too fast and unfriendly}. We then went back to the IP's tables. So yes my time at the Imperial Palace was very much fun and I am planning to return to the Hotel on my next visit.
