Con:Hotel run around by shift managers
We came in Friday October 19th at 1:30, we tried to check into our rooms...mind you that we had purchased our trip some 6 months earlier. They said that they were having computer problems and we should come back in a couple of hours. We went and got something to eat at the Bellagio Cafe...not bad food and surprisingly inexpensive. We went back to check in and we were told our rooms were not ready yet and they were being cleaned; again no biggie. We came back in a hour and they had given our Bellagio Suites away to some other guest; now I was pissed. They decide that they would give us the PENTHOUSE SUITES instead to "make-up" for our waiting...surprise surprise, they weren't ready either...now were going on four hours later. I explained that my sister had to get an injection on time and the time had come...they managed to get us ONE out of THREE suites. Now one of the young ladies named Shauna tried to help us and they sent all of our bags up to her room and then we got a phone call to talk to the manager. We came down stairs and again surprise the manager was unavailable....some other desk jockey tried to compensate us...she offered up $50 per room and line hopper pass; Shauna came over and told her that they offered us $75 per room, one round at the buffet, and the line hopper passes....the first young lady argued with her and then the shift assistant manager showed.
Oh by the way, they took the room we finally received from some one else and I was told that they have some 4,000 people in the same boat I was in.
