Con: Food Poisoning
We actually stayed at palms place and the room was fantastic. However we ate lunch at the restaurant on the main floor, the one with all the red lighting....right after checking in and within 2 hours I was sick with food poisoning. I was sick for the entire trip, it was terrible. Ordered soup the 2nd day and wated over and hour for it, after calling twice and told they were having elevator problems the soup finally came....and was COLD of course. when you pay 15 dollar for chicken noodle soup you at least want it to be HOT!! I have of course emailed them, explained several times what happened. I get no response. For 1000.00 in hotel costs...you don't expect to be poisoned. Will not ever stay at the Palms again.
