A few suggestions for your dinner at Andre’s Las Vegas:
- Pan Seared Foie Gras – Caramelized Apples, a Crème Anglaise and a Port wine reduction. This is a dish that you might not be prone to order as a starter but it is a must. The apple, combined with the sauce will gently coerce your taste buds to fully enjoy the Foie Gras. The delicate flavors will take over your palate. You should probably have a nice Rose’ to help you with this dish.
- Dover Sole – Sauteed with Capers – Honestly, they should imprison the chef because the Dover Sole at Andre’s is so out of this world good that you could take over small countries with it. First, the portion is huge, so make sure you are hungry but once you take a bite you’ll make a reservation to come back the next night.
Did I mention the wine list is outstanding?
