Customer service with a smile! made me feel good the whole time gambling. win or loose,i lost,a great time. everyone polite, friendly & treat you like your a customer that wants to spend/gamble money. this is the way to operate a business. most hotel/casino were this good,not any more. the flamingo in las vegas is miles/years ahead of all others in customer care. we will now only stay with the great folks at the flamingo, las vegas.
