1. Wazuzu at Encore Las Vegas

Zeke Quezada
I am very excited about Wazuzu for the simple reason that I can't wait to try the various creations and the talents of Chef Jet Tila. I hope he is able to transfer some of his parents Bangkok Market in LA to Vegas and step up the Asian culinary landscape. Bring on the spices of India, Singapore and Thailand get me sweating profusely over a plate of noodles.

2. Switch at Encore

The décor changes as you eat and you feel like the entire meal is a series of events that cannot be forgotten but also are difficult to entirely remember. Chef Marc Poidevin is a classically trained French Chef who brings an impressive resume to Encore Las Vegas.

3. Botero Steak at Encore Las Vegas

Zeke Quezada
Botero Steak is an example of the future of Las Vegas. It’s modern, it’s a little bit of yesterday’s opulence with a whole lot of today’s style. Your Las Vegas dining experience will easily turn into a nightlife experience you will not soon forget.

4. Sinatra at Encore Las Vegas

Being a fan of both Frank Sinatra and Chef Theo Schoenegger’s work at Patina in Los Angeles, I am sure it will be well worth it. One thing you get with Encore Restaurants is the guarantee that you are getting very talented people doing extraordinary things with food.

5. Society Cafe at Encore Las Vegas

At Society Cafe you feel this appreciation for delivering a quality meal, with superb service and with the attention to the details that separate the ordinary from the extraordinary.
