Walking in Las Vegas
As I try to depict what a long walk in Las Vegas can get you, I realize that the summer heat and a few stiff drinks don't add to a great deal of enjoyment when walking three miles. AS you go through the following walking tour/picture gallery, keep in mind that you should only try this if you have readied yourself with a night of gambling, eating and maybe a few cocktails.
Distance to starting point - 1.3 miles
I figure you should take a look at what traffic looks like at his early hour, 10am. Las Vegas Blvd. seems to always be locked in a perpetual traffic jam. If a cab driver takes you down the strip he must be looking for a big fare. Ask him to turn off as soon as possible.
