What to expect at Fitzgerald’s Hotel and Casino: Small, Old School, Downtown Casino. Everything seems a little older than you would wish for but still in working order. It’s convenient and cheap. If you are not into luxury and just need a place to stay in Downtown this could work.

What you might like at Fitzgerald’s Hotel and Casino: The low prices are always great. The Rooms are comfortable and they are just a little bigger than a few other Downtown hotels.

What you might not like at Fitzgerald’s Hotel and Casino:The glory days are gone so when you look at most things in the casino and the hotel they seem a little old. If you like all the sparkles of the strip this is not what you will get at Fitzgerald’s. However, if you don’t need all that Mickey Mouse, Pirates of the Caribbean, Shangri La stuff, you’ll be fine at Fitzgerald’s

My suggestion: Save money and grab a midweek room for less than the cost of a dinner on the strip. Use the money you save to play a few poker tournaments and buy yourself something nice.

Rooms at Fitzgerald’s Hotel and Casino: A little on the small side and very plain, however with the hotel only having around 600 rooms you do get some decent service. Some midweek prices can be as low as $35 and weekends might get as high as $100.
