It's what it would be like in a Utopian society. Award winning wine list and beef that is so flavorful that you could have it for dessert. Yes, it is expensive but this is one of the very few times it's worth the money.
Emeril doing beef is enough for me to show up but once again an impressive wine list makes this a great choice for a steak dinner. This is a very comfortable place and you might end up opening two bottles with your beef.
This place is so not Las Vegas but you cannot argue with the meals. Personally, the prime rib is very close to the best in the city so don't miss it. I rarely order wine here as it has more of a bourbon feel to it.
You do not know what a Rib-eye can taste like until you have had one at Gallagher's. With the best service and the fabulous food this is a can't miss choice for a steak in Las Vegas
This is a steakhouse for the people who do not order Manhattan's or scour through a wine list for that perfect bottle to pair with a great steak. This is for the new generation of steak lover that gets right down to business but needs a modern place to do it at.
