This restaurant is 800 feet above Las Vegas Blvd, it revolves around in a full circle so that you get a view of the entire valley if you stay long enough.

The best place in Las Vegas for a meal with a great view of the strip. If possible grab a table on the patio with a view of the Bellagio fountains. As you dine take in all of Las Vegas in a comfortable and casual atmosphere

Large windows look out on to the Las Vegas strip. The Wynn Las Vegas is across the street and the North strip runs away from you.

If you sit on the patio you get the Fountains and the Las Vegas strip spread out before you. Pop the question here and you are guaranteed a yes!

Look out across Las vegas Blvd. and enjoy the fountains of Bellagio. The view and atmosphere are very romantic so you might want to keep your emotions in check. Don't do anything crazy, unless that was your initial reason for making the reservations. At that point, if she says no, stand up and demand a refund!
