I am a sucker for Vietnamese Pho, Japanese Udon, Hawaiian Saimin or ramen, egg noodles or anything that seems pasta like and can be found in a big bowl of tasty broth. If it’s very spicy that only makes it better and I am taken over the top with the addition of pork or even Portuguese sausage. There are a few spots on the Las Vegas strip where you can get a decent bowl of noodles and drop your face into a big steamy bowl.

1. Beijing Noodle No. 9
Save yourself the cost of a plane ticket to China and head over to Beijing Noodle No. 9 at Caesars Palace. The food is authentic, the place is comfortable and a casual place to indulge your senses.
2. Noodles at Bellagio
If you see a line out front do not be alarmed. It might be because it is the best priced restaurant at the Bellagio or because the food is very good. Either way, the crowd will move in quickly and you will be in for a very good meal.
3. Noodle Asia at the Venetian Hotel Las Vegas
This is the type of casual place that I love in Las Vegas. Good, quick meal that will allow me to get back to doing what I do. Well, I eat all the time so it allows me to get back to the never ending search for the best food and drink in town.4. Pho at the Coffee shop at Treasure Island
If you enjoy Pho this is a decent spot in the Treasure Island Hotel. It is adjacent to the coffee shop and it will most likely have a few people waiting to get in. It is tasty and relatively cheap.5. Zine Noodles Dim Sum at Palazzo Las Vegas
Zine noodles is the fancy alternative to noodles in Las Vegas. Oh, it's good it just seems like they make you pay for the fancy atmosphere. $17 for Pho is a bit on the high side for flavored water and noodles that cost next to nothing. However, the food is good but I have had the same thing in places that have dirty floors and crusty booths..6. Aloha Specialties at the Cal in Downtown Las Vegas
"Oh, yeah brah, you want Saimin?" This place make me want to belt out the pidgin dialect of Hawaii. The food is good and priced very well here. I know it's downtown but if you are looking for some decent dishes this is a place that you should not miss.
