Eating for children in Las Vegas should not be all fast food and themed restaurants. You could find quality food for reasonable prices for children all along the Las Vegas strip.
Family style eating and very reasonable prices make this an excellent choice for kids and their parents in Las Vegas. Located across the street from Wynn Las Vegas it is walking distance from most center strip hotels. Pasta and bread is a must have on any family budget.
Large portions perfect for sharing and an environment where the kids can be a little louder than normal. The menu is so diverse you will easily be able to satisfy both the kids and yourself. Load them up on bread and butter and you might save yourself the cost of an entree.
The menu lends itself well to the finicky needs of children and there are plenty of options for adults. Late in the day the bar area does lean too far toward an adults only establishment but breakfast, lunch and early dinners work well for kids. The water show in the back of the restaurant is a good cheesy Las Vegas fountain show that the kids will remember. At least mine always does.
So one themed restaurant is not too bad, Rainforest café is a fun place for kids and the food is actually pretty food. The prices are moderate relative to Las Vegas dining but are by no means expensive. The sounds of the rain forest do get a little annoying but the kids are distracted enough to allow you an adult conversation with others at the table.
Spago is the best deal in Las Vegas and children can have a decent meal as well. The childrens pizza feeds two hungry kids and the pastas have never disappointed my own children. Sit on the cafe side of the restaurant and enjoy an adult meal as your children are catered to as well.
Very affordable and extremely convenient. You have two starving kids and you need a good meal quick. Ventuno is the place, with a take out window and simple seating in the gardens at the Flamingo you will appreciate the ease of dining at the Flamingo. The take out counter offers everything on the menu so while the kids are having buttered noodles you can have mixed green salad and some seared Ahi.
P,B and J, grilled cheese, turkey sandwich or cheerios, Carnegie Deli has so much on the menu that your children should easily find something they can enjoy. The portions are huge so sharing is the best way to go.
