I wanted to no longer put L’Atelier on this list because it has now reached legend status for me. Much like I cannot even mention Wayne Gretzky when discussing great hockey players, (he’s simply the greatest ever) I thought about omitting L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand Las Vegas but the truth is I can’t. I want everyone to go in and try something, anything and try not to leave impressed.
I could tell you that a tasting menu is the way to go but I understand that budgets do not always allow it. I’ll tell you that you should have a burger and you’ll be soo impressed you’ll feel like you should continue to eat your way through the menu.
