"If there is a way to make French food approachable it's by way of the simple dishes that are the norm of the Brasseries. The sidewalk cafes of the Champs-Elysees where you seem to sit around and feel like you are sitting on top of the world as you enjoy a meal that warrants the outrageous airfare to Paris-Degaulle, seem to be the model. At Comme Ca, Chef David Myers succeeds in giving you some classic dishes with his own style. That is not to say that he changes much, he just seems to work a little harder and gets it done right. You'll feel like you belong at Comme Ca and because of that you'll return."
Executive Chef Brian Howard is the king of this kitchen and frankly he is one of the most talented people working the line in Las Vegas. As long as he is in this kitchen you should be making reservations as often as possible.
Why Comme Ca is one of the Best Restaurants in Las Vegas:
It's about atmosphere, coupled with menu and topped off with a tiny bit of flair. The lights of the strip give the room a glow, the views transport you deeper into vacation mode and then the food captivates your appetite. Oh, I guess I should mention again that Chef Brian Howard is one of those skilled artists that must be appreciated. If i had one thing i could take with me to a deserted island it would be him. At least I know I would eat well.
The Cosmopolitan Hotel has an impressive collection of restaurants so you'll probably need to schedule more than just one visit if you want to satisfy your inner foodie.
