A Kangaroo is really a vodka martini, the "vodkatini", oh, and don't even think about shakng it. I'm not sure why, though.
Ingredients:
- ice cubes
- 2 measures vodka
- a measure dry vermouth
- 1 olive or 1 lemon twist
Preparation:
Drop the cubes into the mixing glass, add the vodka and the vermouth. Stir, don't shake! Strain into a a cocktail glass and add the olive or the lemon. I typically take the lemon because I see very little point to putting food in my drinks.
