Honestly, if you put Tzatziki on almost anything I'll eat it and think it is good. Put exemplaray Tzatziki in front of me and soon I'm trying to drop a little on my shirt to save for later. At Estiatorio Milos at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas you'll dip some of the crispy eggplant and zucchini into it and you'll be transported to a tiny cafe on the edge of the water. The Milos special is simple yet upscale like Grace Kelly, a wood deck of a sailboat or the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The graviera cheese saganaki only makes it better and the lively restaurant with its fish on display and it's mini farmers market makes you want to leave on the next flight to the Mediterranean.
