What is not to love about the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas? It's new, it's modern and it has all the things that seem to be missing from most Las Vegas hotels. You’ll be happy with the attention to customer service, your palate will be intrigued by the dining choices, the rooms are huge and the pool is one of those places you might find motivation to work out for.

The level of excellence is surpassed by the attempt at cool. I'm not sure why I would need colored pencils in my room but I used them. Why would I have to scan through 3 art books? Not sure but I did. I can spend a few hours each day overlooking the Las Vegas strip from a terrace at the Cosmopolitan hotel, I will not get tired of it. The rooms at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas are a dose of new that the Las Vega strip has needed, a little innovation and just a tiny bit of creativity have turned this into one of my favorites.

The suites at the Cosmopolitan Hotel are a step in a direction that Las Vegas has really begun to embrace:

• The seating area is spacious and actually lends itself to sitting around and having a conversation in a hotel room without feeling as if you need to lie down on the bed.
• The large desk is actually a decent place to spread out your computer, your documents and a sandwich.
• The restroom gives you plenty of space to frolic with a good friend.
• The beds, well the pillows are the consistency of cumulonimbus clouds and cradle your head as your body gets a huge dose of comfort in the cool, super soft sheets and duvet.
• The terrace gives you a completely different perspective of the Las Vegas strip
• A kitchenette with a refrigerator that allows you to bring up the leftovers.

I can go on, colored pencils, art books, a cool sewing kit and lotion that eliminates my dry elbows. You'll need to spend a few days there just to really appreciate all of it.

It’s more than just a Las Vegas hotel, it’s a destination and if you enjoy a good view, you better prepare yourself for a long afternoon on the terrace getting a full does of Las Vegas.
