- Longanisa - borracho beans, chicharrones, queso fresco. This reminds me of my afterschool meals when all I could find was bread, hot dogs and beans. Comfort food
- Truffled Lobster Mac and Cheese - Wow, the lobster mixed in with the cheese is dynamic, creamy and tempting
