They must have over 100 beers on the menu or maybe it's closer to 75 or it could have been 300 but what I'm really saying is that they have so many good choices that I wish I could sit at the bar and try 10 or 20. A burger, a beer and a casual and comfortable place to work on my beer palate. The Cosmopolitan Hotel has plenty of good places to eat at but you have to find some time to try a few things at Holsteins even if you are not a big burger and buns fan.

What it’s like at Holsteins at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas?

Located among the many great dining choices at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, Holsteins is a good choice for a casual afternoon meal where you might have a few beers and a burger followed by a few more beers. Step up to the bar and check out their selection of craft brews and those on tap and you’ll be impressed enough to stick around for awhile.

How’s the food at Holsteins at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas?
Burgers and shakes in a casual atmosphere as well as a few sausage offerings that are simple and comfortable.

What you should try at Holsteins at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas:

  • Tiny Buns/AKA sliders – soft buns and juicy patties make for a decent snack.
  • Fried pickles – These things can be addicting, just enough crunch and a bite of that zesty flavor that comes from a pickle
  • Longanisa - borracho beans, chicharrones, queso fresco. This reminds me of my afterschool meals when all I could find was bread, hot dogs and beans. Comfort food
  • Truffled Lobster Mac and Cheese - Wow, the lobster mixed in with the cheese is dynamic, creamy and tempting
  • The Korean “bull” gogi burger – Sweet, spicy, salty and all I need from a very unburger burger.
