Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA Resort at CityCenter Las Vegas
I love a spot that doesn't feel like a cliche. The dining room at Jean Georges Steakhouse in Las Vegas is the anti steakhouse. It feels like an upscale lounge. It feels like I just became the cool guy at the party. When your piece of beef comes out you realize the kitchen thinks you ARE the cool guy because clearly they put a little extra effort into your meal. You almost feel bad for everyone else because there is no way they could have reproduced those flavors for everyone. Right?

Reservations at Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA Resort at CityCenter Las Vegas: strongly recommended

Price Range at Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA Resort at CityCenter Las Vegas: Expensive, I won’t lie, it will cost you for a slab of beef or a stellar seafood dish. You’ll get great quality I’m sure but it might sting a little. You are in Las Vegas, if you had this meal in New York it would be more expensive and you would not have been able to get a table.

What it’s like at Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA Resort at CityCenter Las Vegas?

Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA is set amongst a few quality dining establishments on the promenade level at ARIA Resort at CityCenter and you should expect a fine dining experience capable of serving as a romantic date or an upscale night out in a contemporary seating with fine food.

The dining room is upscale yet casual. It is very much like any of the many new ultra lounges you see on the Las Vegas strip. The room makes me want to lean over and kiss my wife during dinner but the beef is so good I can't possibly be disturbed to show affection in public.

Disappointing food, Member fstminlv

We sat at the bar so we could talk to other people but as it turned out the bartender was more talkative than the single guy eating alone. No matter. Little dishes of walnuts and popcorn are set out on the bar, but nothing special about them. I ordered the sweetbreads with roasted chestnuts--what a mistake. As the bartender himself said, the presentation was not very appetizing as it was all brown. It was pretty tasteless. I have had sweetbreads prepared so much better elsewhere in town. The Mountain Cuvee chappellet was quite good, but the passionfruit souffle w/ passionfruit ice cream just so so......
