What it’s like at Blossom at ARIA Resort at CityCenter Las Vegas?

The restaurant is very traditional with dark wood tables and soft lighting. The room and the staff are incredibly inviting and you'll feel right at home. It's as though my comfortable neighborhood Chinese Restaurant got dressed up and decided to be more daring with their menu. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Take a look at the roving cart with Peking Duck, one of their signature dishes.

How’s the food at Blossom at ARIA Resort at CityCenter Las Vegas?
Chef Chi Choi brings his talents that have been on display at Fin at the Mirage to CityCenter. Blossom will feature more traditional Chinese dishes with the modern flair that Choi has been working down the street at the Mirage.

The food is impressive at Blossom. Most of the dishes are traditional and clearly authentic. The meats are tender, the seafood dishes are super fresh and it is as though they have searched remote locations to bring the best possible tastes and ingredients right to your table.

Signature Dishes at Blossom at ARIA Resort Las Vegas

What you should try at Blossom at ARIA Resort at CityCenter Las Vegas:

  • Goose Liver with black pepper
  • Spicy Wok Fried Scallion Veal Cheek with cilantro and jalapeno - The chef takes a piece of veal cheek, scallions, cilantro and jalapeno and fries them all in a special wok that was made in Canada for it’s ability to heat well beyond traditional woks. The flavors simply melt in your mouth.
  • Steamed Jumbo Shrimp with garlic butter sauce - Two Steamed Jumbo Shrimp with garlic butter sauce, I wiped the sauce from the plate with my fingers when I made sure no one was looking.
  • Lamb Chop with garlic and pepper
