Finding something free in Las Vegas is not difficult. If you are in the casino and you are playing a slot machine or sitting at a gaming table you will be given free drinks. Free! However free drinks alone should not dictate your happiness when finding a good deal. In Las Vegas money can disappear quite quickly, you double down with the dealer showing a 6 and soon you find they draw into a 21 and you doubled your loss. These attractions cost you nothing and they are totally worth it!

Stand up close to an erupting volcano as you hold a giant Margarita to help you enjoy the show. The volcano still draws plenty of people to the front of the Mirage every night.
The Volcano is all new and you will be scorched by the free show in front of the Mirage. Prepare yourself, though, it is only at the top of the hour and the show last just over 5 minutes. It is an only in Vegas type of thing but does suck away sometime if you decide to wait for a good place to watch.
Still the best free attraction in Las Vegas. If you sit around long enough you get two shows for the price of one and yet still have paid exactly nothing. I love Las Vegas! The show goes on every 1/2 hour during the day and after 8 it's every 15 minutes. What will you do with all the money you save on entertainment?
Take a walk out back and you run into different bird species including the Flamingos. If you take the walk late in the evening you run into the other kid of wildlife that walks on two feet and takes in too many free drinks.
Take the walking tour around CityCenter and check out the public art on display around the entire resort. Pick up a walking tour brochure at Aria resort and get up close to some very impressive pieces by some very talented artists from around the world.
Pirates and gunfire and smoke and screaming all for free in front of the Treasure Island Hotel. Yeah, I don't get it but everyday people cram in front to watch the battle and everyday they clap at the end. It's free and i will have to admit it was entertaining the first 15 times I saw it.
Women toss beads at you as you try to pump a slot machine full of nickels, the music is really loud and you get a nutty inclination to shake your hips. You're at the Rio Suites and the show in the sky is on, it's free and the drinks are free as long as you continue to play those machines!
Fremont Street is where the light shows are free, look up and you get an eyeful with an impressive free show that entertains you with lights synchronized to music. Yeah, it's free, gratis, nothing coming out of your pocket. That is until you discover deep fried twinkies and oreo's.
Sure the Bellagio is one of the most expensive hotels in Las Vegas but it does have two of the best free attractions on the strip. The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is an impressive display of creativity using flowers, plants and natural products. It is a bit like the Rose Parade all year long.
