Bette Midler is the world's best all-around entertainer -- a singer so poignant she can bring the audience to tears, and a comedian so hilarious that you'll laugh till your stomach hurts. Add in the glamor of Vegas showgirls -- even their costumes are funny -- and it's the best Bette in Vegas.
