If you are looking for something different to do in Las Vegas consider Shark Reef Aquarium where you can stand face to face with sharks. Well, there is a giant pane of glass between the two of you but it is impressive. Take an audio tour of the facility and you'll learn about the world ocean as well as the misunderstood creatures of the sea. You will also get a chance to interact with sting rays and stare at a Komodo dragon until you get uncomfortable.

Hours at Shark Reef Aquarium Las Vegas:
Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Last entry is one hour prior to closing.

Tickets for Shark Reef Aquarium Las Vegas: Ticket prices are $16.95 for adults and $10.95 for children; children four and under are free. Discounts are available for Nevada residents with identification.
