By Zeke Quezada, About.com Guide

Question: Are there accommodations for people with special needs?
When you start planning that trip there are always little things you might need to know so I have tried to put them together in an easy to find way. The information should help you with some of the questions you have about Las Vegas.
Just click on “Basic info” in the upper left hand corner of the page or search the site using the search tool on the top of the page.
Answer: Are there accommodations for people with special needs?

In Las Vegas everyone is catered to and that includes those individuals with special needs. Hotels are easily accessible and offer all the latest amenities to the disabled. Most showrooms in Las Vegas have preferred seating areas for those with special needs as well as gaming tables designed specifically for wheelchair access.

Moving around town has been made easier with the elevated walkways across the major intersections. Each of these can be accessed by an elevator. Also, the monorail should help with getting you to the location of your choice with ease.

When making your reservations make sure to inform the reservations agent of your particular needs and you can be guaranteed that they will fill your request
