What it’s like at Yolos Mexican Grill?
Located right off the casino floor Yolos is a good bet if you are looking to keep costs down while eating in Las Vegas. No, it’s not cheap, but you do get a healthy portion for your money and you are not paying through the nose for fancy dining. The atmosphere is a bit “Vegasy’ but it feels much like the rest of the Planet Hollywood Hotel. It leans toward hip and ends up near trendy without being too pretentious. Don’t worry you ‘ll be fine and the lighting inside Yolos will make you look 10 years younger.
My major problem is guacamole, if it is in front me I will eat it and not stop. At yolos they have some tasty guacamole and true to my talents I easily devour it all. They’ll prepare it right there for you to see and you can have them drop in a bit more jalapeno peppers if you are really into the spicy.
The Mexican gulf Shrimp fajitas will definitely delight you. You get the funny feeling that you are sitting under a palapa with a cold Mexican Beer eating shrimp out of a deep bowl with the a broth that simmers with flavors of citrus and peppers. Drop a few into a tortilla and add some rice and you are in culinary bliss.
