What it’s like at Sinatra at Wynn Las Vegas?
The restaurant is a homage to Frank Sinatra and Chef Theo Schoenegger does his best Sinatra impression through his impressive talents in the kitchen. The restaurant is located off the casino floor and will soon be a romantic hot spot on the strip. Romantic if you are into Frank, his music and his legend. Otherwise, it will be a place to get good Italian fare at a beefed up price.
Being a fan of both Frank Sinatra and Chef Theo Schoenegger’s work at Patina in Los Angeles, I am sure it will be well worth it. One thing you get with Encore Restaurants is the guarantee that you are getting very talented people doing extraordinary things with food.

Cappesante – Seared Maine diver scallop, celery, kumquats
Agnolotti –Ricotta and herd filled, chive, winter truffle
Cioppino – Mussels, lobster,scallops, clams, fennel, tomato saffron broth
Ossobuco “my Way” – Braised veal ossobuco, risotto cannelloni, gremolata
Bambolini – Warm little donuts filled with dark chocolate ganache
