What it’s like at Beijing Noodle No. 9 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas?

First thing you will notice after the impressive tanks around the entrance of Beijing Noodle No. 9 is the color. The place is bright, not so much in your face light but more of an indirect lighting that makes you look very young. At least that is what I said to my wife as we had a conversation about how many rounds of golf I play on a weekly basis. The restaurant is casual and you’ll feel like you are at an upscale version of your favorite Chinese restaurant back home. You‘ll feel comfortable either at a casual dinner for two or a family excursion for eight.

The prices are a bit on the high side but relative to Las Vegas restaurants they are about average for what you are getting. The service is very reminiscent of that place back home, they love to see you come in but they might forget that you need a refill on water.

How’s the food at Beijing Noodle No. 9 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas?

I really believe it is all about the noodles. My friends are hounding me about how good everything else is and they are correct. The Dim Sum is going to impress you if you are a fan of truly authentic Cantonese flavors. Open your palate, cleanse your senses because those subtle flavors that you get at Beijing Noodle No. 9; you will never find at that dirty place in your home town. I know your place is good, I have three of them near me and they do not do it quite as good as this.

If you enjoy the plethora of meats that are common to any Chinese restaurant you will pleased by the selection and variety at Beijing Noodle No. 9 but if you enjoy seafood you might want to sit down. If you are into the "watching your meal swim around before you eat it" type of thing, you will be pleased that the seafood is so fresh you can get a picture of it before you eat it. They will put together a meal for that you will not soon forget with whatever you choose and this might save you a trip to China to get yourself the real thing.

The noodles. Hand pulled and so very tasty, add in some dumplings and you have a meal. The secret might be in the noodles but slowly enjoy the broth and you will find the flavors that were most likely created in some small street side kitchen in Shanghai.
