What it’s like?
Bistro dining in a very relaxed dining room off the main casino floor. The bar area has that hip West Hollywood feel and the lighting makes you look real good. Well, it makes me look good and with the great wine list at the Bar and Grill I usually need all the help I can get.
How’s the food?
Order a bottle, maybe a Rioja or a Barbera de Alba and enjoy the light yet very tasty meals. The Flat iron steak is enough red meat to satisfy your cravings but not clog your arteries while the Braised Beef Short ribs will only increase your cravings because they are so good. Make sure to split a Chinois Chicken salad for the simple reason that some salads deserve to be eaten as often as possible y as many people as possible.
